Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Regular priced items must be in unused saleable condition. If items are not in unused saleable condition, restocking fees will apply. Special order and sale merchandise is not returnable. No refunds will be done without a receipt or proof of purchase.

INSTORE RETURNS
Once your return is received and inspected, we can process your return. All returns are refunded via the original purchase method. If the original purchase method is not available a store credit will be issued. Cash purchases will be refunded by check on the 1st, 10th, or 20th of the month.
WEBSITE RETURNS
Website Returns Are Processed:
- Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm
- Orders placed Saturday evenings and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

- Once the return has been received by Josephs, a credit will be issued via your original form of payment.

EXCHANGES
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, visit us instore or send us an email at info@josephsjewelers.com.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or a one-time-use promo code will be emailed to you to use on our website.
If the item was gifted after purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a store credit will be given or a one-time-use promo code will be emailed to you to use on our website.
