Returns are accepted within 30 days of the receipt date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us for assistance. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee. Special orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. All returns require a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Josephs Jewelers reserves the right to determine whether merchandise meets the criteria of unworn, unused, and saleable condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment.
- Website returns and in-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment whenever possible.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
- Cash purchases returned in-store will be refunded by check, issued on the 1st, 10th, or 20th of the month following the return.
Please allow time for processing after your return has been received and inspected.
Website Order Refunds & Processing
Website returns are processed Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed on Saturday evenings or Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
To Return A Website Order:
- Email info@josephsjewelers.com to initiate your return.
- A call tag will be issued for your return via the email address on file.
- Once the return is received and inspected by Josephs Jewelers, a credit will be issued to your original form of payment.
All returns must be in unworn, unused, saleable condition as determined by Josephs Jewelers.

Exchanges
Josephs Jewelers will replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please visit our store in person or contact us via email at info@josephsjewelers.com.
Josephs Jewelers reserves the right to determine whether merchandise meets the criteria for an exchange.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or a one-time-use promo code will be emailed for use on our website.
If the item was gifted after purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later time, a store credit will be issued, or a one-time-use promo code will be emailed for use on our website.
All returned items must meet our standards of unworn, unused, and saleable condition as determined by Josephs Jewelers.
