Clean and Check Jewelry
We offer free jewelry cleaning and checking while you wait in store. We clean all pieces, even if you did not purchase it from us. After we inspect your jewelry under magnification to check for loose stones, and asses the overall condition, we can use a number of professional cleaning methods to bring it back to life.
Jewelry and Watch Repair
Our experienced bench jewelers perform all types of repairs. From polishing, ring sizing, stone tightening and setting, our team is here to help. We are also a Rolex-authorized watch repair center. This includes general maintenance services and repairs as well as battery replacement. Rolex offers a two-year Rolex service guarantee, see our Servicing Your Rolex page for more information. If you’re unsure of what you need, we’re happy to provide free estimates on all repairs.

Retail Replacement Reports & Appraisals
We provide accurate written documentation for merchandise purchased at Josephs. Our certified gemologists can provide an appraisal for insurance, replacements or estate purposes. During the process, we’ll help you determine what should be appraised and provide thorough documentation. Prices and turnaround time vary, please contact us at 515-440-2991 for details.
All jewelry repairs have a turn around time of 10 business days, depending on availability of parts and work load. Workload is heavier during holidays.
Financing Information
We are proud to offer financing for approved bridal customers. Financing terms are 0% interest for 12 months with 20% down. Please fill out the Financing Form and bring it to one of our store locations for approval or email to our credit manager Cindy.Carlson@josephsjewelers.com.

Returns
Regular priced, in stock merchandise purchased from Josephs is accepted for return within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in unused saleable condition. Special order and sale merchandise is not returnable. No refunds will be done without a receipt.
